hey guys! could someone give me some advice on weigh loss and lowering my BP?
Hey, I've been looking to lose weigh for what feels like forever and i can go a few days but lose my motivation. Ive joined a gym but with college and work I don't get a lot of time to go and as im so knackered i end up reaching for sugary snacks or junk food to give me a boost! Its made me feel really down now and I'm dying to get back to my old 9-stone self!!
I've also found that im getting out of puff quicker these days and iv been told ive got a high blood pressure. Has anyone got any tips on how to lower this or any pointers on good diets plans ?? I know tackling one problem will help the other but I just cant seem to motivate myself

From experiance... hawthorn berry is excellent for lowering bp naturally. Used to take bennicar and others for bp; unfortunaltely bp would still stay at a high range. Now, using hawthorne DAILY... 1500mg. BP is low and I have medical lab test to prove that it does work. Even the doctor is amazed. For weight loss: try cooking with olive oil instead of the other alts. You would be amazed at the results in a few short months!
