ayurvedic medichine for anxiety disorder and little high blood pressure.?
my age is 23 years and doctor has screened me for mild anxiety and suggested me to take anxit 0.25 sometimes.my blood pressure is also on a higher side ie 138/80 that may be because of anxiety only,i have done amny tests and all were normal except my cholestrol level is 235 units.so i dnt want to be addicted to any alopethic medichine i want ayurvedic medichine,so someone suggested me mentat syrup by himalyas,so is it good for me and how safe is this syrup and in what quantity shall i take it and suggest me some other ayurvedic medichines and can i take any alopethic medichine with mentat.
Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.
