Why DO I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE?!!!?
Ok, my readings were 125/80-136/90 in all the times i have check my pressure. My doctor said it was fine and that all i had to do was cut back on salty foods. I tried that and every week i exercise 3 times doing cardio but after a long while its still high. I am 17 and my weight matches my height. I'm not fat or anything. Can anyone explain why this is so?

Avoid more salt, stress, Take healthy food which cholesterol free
Continue exercise
