is there a chance i could be diabetic?
ok so recently iv become a little more health conscious, and started checking my sugar, i checked it tonight and it said 140, then 135, then 117, then 118, but i alos noticed that the test strips expired about 2 months ago. is there a chance that the outdated strips gave me false reading? i am not diabetic, but are these cause for worry, plz help im a little scared, im only 15, i dont wanna finish high school like this...
i dont have test strips that arent expired, u think id use those instead of expired ones, come on
Do not trust any result you get from an expired test strip, you would only be renting space in your head for something may or not be wrong with you. Testing at random times of the day is not accurate either.
On valid strips, test right before you eat. Above 70 and 100 is good. Eat your meal and wait two hours to test. Your blood sugar should be below 140.
