Importance of triple test in 2nd trimester with a normal 1st trimester NT scan& neg triple marker test.?

Is it really necessary to undergo a triple test at 19-20 weeks when 1st trimester triple marker &NT scan are normal.Age-33yrs4months at time of delivery,no high risk factors(diabetes, family history of down's)

I would get all the screens just to be safe if I were you. That way it's just more accurate. I did mine at 19w3d and it came out good so I didn't need further testing. I didn't get the early test though.
