A question about eating disorders?
If a 49 year old woman's behavior changed to nutrient/calorie/fat content counting, back to alcoholism, a childish sense of maturity, isolating self all the time, dreads when children are home, a change over 10 months from a weight of 230 to 140 (height of 5'0"; wants to weigh 120), a change from high blood pressure to a low blood pressure of 90/60, excessive exercising, doesn't eat around others, looks sickly (like on meth), tired, cold, complains of a hard stomach.
Would that meet many of (not to try to diagnose) the requirements of an eating disorder?
There is no doubt or confusion. Women may not know. But the questioner may be aware of everything. I think so.
